Regular registration is now closed. For information on

*** NEW PLAYERS MUST ATTACH A COPY OF THEIR GOVERNMENT ISSUED BIRTH
CERTIFICATE.
BIRTH CERTIFICATE MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN
MARCH 1, 2012. ANY FORMS RECEIVED WITH A POSTMARK AFTER OR NOT INCLUDING THE
PROPER INFORMATION LISTED ABOVE WILL BE DEEMED LATE AND PLAYERS WILL BE PUT ON A
WAITING LIST.
REGISTRATION FEE + LATE REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee for all U5 through U19 players is $80.00
Late registration fee is $20.00
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PLAY:
Any player who lives in the cities of Corinth, Lake Dallas, Hickory
Creek, and Shady Shores.
If you live outside these areas and wish to participate, you will
first need to fill out
and have your home association sign a RELEASE FORM.
AGE OF PLAYERS:
LCSA tries and to provide teams for U5 through U19.
If your child turns 4 on or before August 1, 2005 then they are
eligible to play in the fall.
