LC United is a club in the truest sense of the word. We come together with a common purpose: to help young athletes develop a love for the game, improve their skills, and learn how to compete when competition matters.

No one owns our club. We are proudly nonprofit because our mission is bigger than soccer. We strive to provide opportunities for players from all backgrounds and economic circumstances while creating a pathway to higher levels of play at the lowest possible cost to families.

Our success depends on passionate people who believe in something greater than themselves. These are the coaches, volunteers, parents, and players who make LC United special. They are the people we seek to attract, and the qualities we hope to develop in every player who wears our crest.

We believe in a player-centered approach to development. Our coaches challenge players to grow both on and off the field, teaching resilience, character, teamwork, and leadership alongside technical and tactical skills. Soccer is our vehicle, but preparing young people for life is our ultimate goal.

At LC United, we are family. Like any family, we are not perfect, but we care deeply about our players and always strive to do what is best for them. We celebrate successes, learn from challenges, and support one another every step of the way.

Recreational soccer should be fun, engaging, and developmental for every child. At the same time, players who are ready for additional challenges should have opportunities to continue growing without the pressure of a fully performance-based environment at a young age.
